  • I had an eye test today at the opening and I’m absolutely stunned by the service and kindness from the optician himself, Firas. He was absolutely outstanding at his job and wow what an amazing well collected man he was with his way of work. I ended up going for two glasses that are of high quality from high end brands Dolce Gabbana and JIMMY CHOO and I can just say that I’ve never found such beautiful specs in any other optician around in Cardiff. Truly one of the best experiences, I can go on for longer !

Firas, the optometrist, was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and provided me with personal care throughout my experience. I would recommend the optilo monthly plan as I have gotten lots of benefits from it and it is reasonably priced. The store is very modern and clean and the staff are very welcoming and personable.

The equiptment and monitors used were all of high end and modern quality ! In terms of my choice in glasses, it was very hard to choose from all the amazing brands provided by them. I did end up going for a Cartier pair of glasses. Thank you once again for the all the kindness and help from the sales team as well! Looking forward to my next visit.
